Breakup - Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie Are Done

In what will become one of the biggest Hollywood splits of all time, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are calling it quits and have signed the papers on how to split their massive fortunes and children.

News outlets are reporting that Angelina and Brad started the breakup process in December when they visited a top divorce lawyer to begin working out how to split things up.

As of today, they will split their money equally and have shared custody of their six children. The kids however, will live with Jolie full time.

Since the couple is not married, the documents are reported to be more like a powerful prenuptial agreement - but for unmarried people.

There is no date penned yet on the documents, and it looks more like they are just getting everything ready for when they decide to officially split.

They have three adopted children - Maddox, 8, Pax, 6, and Zahara, 5, and three biological kids Shiloh, 3, and 17- month-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

Their joint fortune of about $350 million includes mansions in France, California and New Orleans.

Rumors have been circulating for months that the couple's relationship was doomed.

We suspect the $350 million is just the combined, joint income since the couple has been together - because we know Pitt is worth close to a billion dollars.

This could get very ugly.

Angelina Jolie is 2.5 months pregnant again... and the world sighs with a happy smile. Who can believe that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are going to have a seventh child?!?! SEVENTH!

Angelina Jolie is almost past her first trimester and considering she just loves being pregnant, I'm guessing Brad Pitt is going to continue to impregnate her until the well runs dry. 

To be honest, I'm very happy for the both of them and I guess this will put all the "break up" rumors to rest once and for all. I wonder if Angie and Brad are still going to head to Pakistan to adopt as well.

Jennifer Aniston Will Always Love Brad Pitt

Jennifer Aniston was in the UK promoting her movie Marley & Me and did an interview with Hello! magazine, and what was of interest in the interview was nothing about the movie but rather some info on Brad Pitt.

You were with Brad Pitt for seven years - and married for five. It must have been very intense, in the public eye?
“It was. But I don’t regret any of that time with Brad and I’m not here to beat myself up about it. They were seven very intense years together, and it was a beautiful and complicated relationship. I will love Brad for the rest of my life - you can’t take away good memories. I really do hope that we’ll be good friends again at some point. You can survive anything - human endurance is unbelievable. But yes, it’s sad coming to the end of something special. You try to avoid all the pain but that somehow causes even more. I’m a human being, have human experiences.”

That's right; Jennifer Aniston admitted that she will always love Brad Pitt. I don't feel that way about any of my exes and, I don't know about you, but even if I did, I'm not a celebrity and the things I say aren't right there. In print. For the world to see. And for my current boyfriend to have an aneurysm over.

Perhaps Jennifer Aniston should make a point to stop talking about Brad Pitt altogether and, when asked questions about him, she should say, "Next question."

Ah, here they are! Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt finally stepped out with the highly coveted twins and the world stares on in disbelief. Yes, they are perfect and they look like Shiloh.

Angelina Jolie had Vivienne strapped to her body and Brad Pitt had Knox strapped to his body. And of course, they all looked like the perfect, happy family.

I know... how could the most perfect of perfect men end up making such a freakin' monumental mistake like having his fly open on the red carpet. What is the world coming to? Is this the end? Methinks yes it is.

If that weren't terrible enough, people are whispering that Brad Pitt's zipper may have been open because he's turning into a raging alcoholic as he's been seen about town holding open beer bottles while getting into cars and carrying bottles of wine into limos.

Oh me oh my, what will we do if Brad Pitt turns into a crazy alkie and he loses his 400 kids? What will become of the rest of us? Ah, I'm sure we'll get over it.

Wow, here we go again with Brad Pitt responding to Jennifer Aniston's "uncool" comment through a magazine interview. Brad Pitt spoke to W magazine to clear up what happened at the time of his breakup with Jennifer Aniston and his falling in love with Angelina Jolie.

When asked about Jennifer Aniston's "uncool" comment, Brad Pitt told W:

Listen, man, Jen is a sweetheart. I think she got dragged into that one, and then there’s a second round to all of that Angie versus Jen. It’s so created.

When asked about they're admission about falling in love on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith:

What people don’t understand is that we filmed [Mr. & Mrs. Smith] for a year. “We were still filming after Jen and I split up. Even then it doesn’t mean that there was some kind of dastardly affair. There wasn’t. I’m very proud of the way that it was handled. It was respectful. [The film] will mean something to our kids. It will, that’s all

And yes, Brad Pitt admits that he and Jennifer Aniston stay in contact because she was a big part of his life.

Jennifer Aniston's Marley & Me kicked Brad Pitt's Curious Case of Benjamin Button ass over the Christmas holidays as Jennifer Aniston's movie came in fist place with $14.6 million.

Brad Pitt's film came in second with $11.8 million and Adam Sandler came in third with Bedtime Stories raking in $10.5 million.

Overall it was a good weekend, and I believe that Brad Pitt's movie will have longevity over Jennifer Aniston's, but at the end of the day, she came in first place and I'm sure that makes her incredibly happy. Who can blame her? She's lost to Brad Pitt in every other way, the least karma could do is give her the box office for one weekend.

Brad Pitt was on the Ellen DeGeneres show on December 3, 2008, and he gave her some great advice on how she can get George Clooney on her show. Brad Pitt is hilarious! Ellen DeGeneres revealed that she had already sent over models but that didn't work.

Brad Pitt says, "This is your problem ... Get a bunch of Chippendales... He's yours. Three, four ... no less than three ... make one a blonde."

Brad Pitt was on Oprah on November 19, 2008, and I have to admit, it was one of the most interesting interviews I've seen since, well, since Jennifer Aniston was on last week.

Brad Pitt tells Oprah all about his 6 kids and how funny they are without even trying and Brad Pitt reveals to Oprah why Angelina Jolie is such a wonderful human being.

Brad Pitt has seen better days; it'd be awesome if he had removed that mustache and perhaps exfoliated, but Brad Pitt is still adored and considered crazy sexy, even if he is a dad of 6. Even Oprah has to admit it.

Jennifer Aniston Does Another Oprah Interview

Jennifer Aniston paid a visit to her BFF Oprah Winfrey recently and the interview is set to come to a TV set near you today. Although Jennifer Aniston was there to promote her upcoming movie Marley and Me with costar Owen Wilson, she ended up discussing Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and, of course, John Mayer.

While Jennifer Aniston had only good things to say about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, she gushed to Oprah that she is indeed dating John Mayer and the two are pretty damn serious.

I'm not certain if she jumped on the couch or not, but I do know that Oprah and Jennifer Aniston are very good friends and that, when Oprah taped an interview with Brad Pitt the week before, there were awkward silences. Perhaps it's because Oprah is biased.

Anyway, Brad Pitt's movie The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Jennifer Aniston's movie are going head to head this Christmas and it's quite a coincidence that Oprah is promoting both of them.

I never thought I'd see the day, but Jennifer Aniston has finally done it; she called out Angelina Jolie for taking Brad Pitt away from her while they were still married!

That's right; Jennifer Aniston tells the December issue of US Vogue, "What Angelina (Jolie) did was very uncool." Could it be? Is it possible that Jennifer Aniston is no longer afraid of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt?

After keeping such a low profile since the birth of her new twins, Angelina Jolie is rushing back into the Hollywood spotlight.

Reports had surfaced recently that Jolie was suffering from a bad case of depression after her birth, but the A-list actress was seen in public for a screening of her latest movie "The Changeling".

Pitt and Jolie have already received $14 million dollars for the first baby pictures, and we're sure "W" is also paying handsomely. Besides Shiloh and the twins, Pitt and Jolie also are parents to three adopted children: Maddox, 7, from Cambodia; Pax, 4, from Vietnam; Zahara, 3, from Ethiopia.

Angelina Jolie can be seen later this month in the crime drama "The Changeling", where a mother's prayer for her kidnapped son to return home is answered, though it doesn't take long for her to suspect the boy who comes back is not hers.

'Depressed' Angelina Jolie Seen In Public For The First Time In Months

Angelina Jolie was seen in public this week for the first time since media reports claim the actress is suffering from a bad case of postpartum depression.

Jolie was seen at a New York airport with Brad Pitt and their family of six, including the cute two-year-old Shiloh.

Jolie is getting ready for the premiere of her new movie "Changeling" next week, which will be her first public appearance since giving birth to Vivienne and Knox in July.

"Changeling" is directed by Clint Eastwood and stars Jolie and John Malkovich, and is the story of what happens when a mother's prayer for her kidnapped son to return home go answered, though it doesn't take long for her to suspect the boy who comes back is not hers.

Brad Pitt, 44, spent most of last month at the Venice Italy and Toronto Film Festivals promoting his new films "Burn After Reading" and "The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button". Angelina stayed away from the public and media, instead spending her time isolated at the Chateau Miraval in Provence, France.

Last week the family moved their flock to the Palais Parkschloss villa, south of Berlin Germany, while Pitt works on scenes for his latest film "Inglorious Bastards", written and directed by Quentin Tarantino.

A report in one magazine claims Angelina feels that Brad has things easy - he had the kids without the pain of birth, and he can just pick up and travel around the world whenever he wants to.

The unmarried partners family now consist of three adopted children and three biological children - Maddox, 7; Vietnamese Pax Thien, 4; Ethiopian Zahara, 3; Shiloh Nouvel, 2; and twins Knox and Vivienne, 10 weeks.

Even with already having six young children, Brad Pitt often speaks of his desire to have a 'sports team' sized family. Easy to say when you have hundreds of millions of dollars, and no womb.

Spielberg Donates $100,000 To Support Gay Marriage Proposition

Steven Spielberg is the latest power player and celebrity financial donor to rush to the fight against California's November ballot initiative that would overturn the state Supreme Court decision legalizing same-sex marriage.

Spielberg and his wife, Kate Capshaw, have donated $100,000 to fight Proposition 8.

Also known as the Marriage Protection Act, Proposition 8 would amend the state constitution to limit marriage to a man and a woman. If passed, it would overturn the court decision that made the state only the second in the country to legalize gay marriage.

In a statement to reporters, Spielberg said:

"By writing discrimination into our state constitution, Proposition 8 seeks to eliminate the right of each and every citizen in our state to marry regardless of sexual orientation. Such discrimination has no place in California's constitution, or any other."

Last month, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie donated the same amount to the cause, and other celebrities have quietly donated funds behind the scenes. The Knights of Columbus, in support of the marriage ban, weighed in with a $1-million contribution in favor of Prop 8.

This amendment could have an impact on celebrities like Ellen DeGeneres, who recently married her lesbian partner Portia De Rossi, and George Takei, Star Treks Sulu, who also married his long time gay boyfriend. Other openly gay celebrities like Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson have announced they would like to marry by Christmas.

Brad Pitt Gives $100K To Defeat Prop 8 Gay Marriage Repeal

"Burn After Reading" star Brad Pitt has donated $100K to help defeat a California ballot proposal targeted at abolishing the right to gay marriage. California recently made it possible for gay couples to wed, and the rush to the altar has been amazing.

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are now married. Star Trek's George Teki has hitched the knot, and Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson have announced they will be married by the end of the year.

Brad Pitt explained in a press statement:

"No one has the right to deny another their life, even though they disagree with it, because everyone has the right to live the life they so desire if it doesn't harm another and because discrimination has no place in America, my vote will be for equality and against Proposition 8".

Pitt's generous gift is the largest to date by a Hollywood celebrity for a campaign against Prop 8.

During a 2006 press interview, Pitt told reporters that he and Angelina Jolie would not marry until all couples had the same rights.

"Angie and I will consider tying the knot when everyone else in the country who wants to be married is legally able."

Brad and Angelina have grabbed their fair share of attention for the adoption of several children, and for Jolie's artificial insemination resulting in their recent twins while not being married.

The intense interest comes at a time when more and more celebrities are feeling comfortable about being gay in public. People feel strongly that the Government should stay out of it and allow gay couples to get married and share the same rights as everyone else.

Political strategist Chad Griffin, who is helping coordinate efforts in the entertainment industry to defeat the controversial initiative, said he is hopeful that Brad Pitt's donation will prompt others to get involved, and said that Democratic billionaire Ron Burkle has agreed to host a large fundraiser at his home in October to rally Hollywood against Proposition 8.

Brad Pitt can currently be seen in the recently released thriller "Burn After Reading", starring alongside George Clooney, Frances McDormand, John Malkovich and Tilda Swinton.
